Not a checkbox template, but your real methodology, in plain language. The setups you take, the conditions that have to be true, the lines you don't cross. It becomes a living document: the single standard everything downstream is measured against.

  • Process over P&L. A disciplined loss can outscore a reckless win.
  • No grade inflation. Your “A” has to clear your own bar, not a generic one.
  • It points at the leak. The downgrade tells you exactly which rule you broke.
